Overview

Henry Ford Academy needed to run a two-week training programme for 800 delegates, introducing them to the new Ford Puma-E. The challenge was to create an environment that was professional, fully branded, and technically seamless—while ensuring knowledge retention through interactive tools and engaging content delivery.

Objectives

Provide AV and technical support to supplement Ford’s in-house setup for a professional event
Create cohesive branding across every touchpoint of the delegate journey
Support interactive learning through voting handsets and post-event toolkits
Showcase the Ford Puma-E in an engaging and accessible way

Our Approach

1. Enhanced AV & Technical Support

We supplemented Ford’s in-house AV with tailored equipment to elevate delivery. Our technicians managed seamless transitions between video, camera feeds, and live content. A manned camera on a gimbal gave delegates a closer look at the Puma-E.

2. Cohesive Branding Journey

Branding was designed to flow across the entire delegate journey:
  • Car Stickers for 40 Puma-E’s
  • 3D Freestanding “GO ELECTRIC” Letters
  • 15m Backdrop under the main auditorium screen
  • Stackable Branded Cubes
  • Delegate Name Badges with embedded QR codes

3. Interactive Learning Tools

Voting handsets were integrated into sessions to measure delegate knowledge before and after training. This gave Ford measurable insights into training effectiveness.

4. Post-Event Toolkit

Delegates’ badges featured QR codes linking to a digital toolkit, ensuring they could access resources and apply their learning in their day-to-day roles.

5. Supply & Installation

We supplied and installed a full range of branded materials and equipment:
  • Custom-branded containers and modular structures
  • AV and lighting systems
  • Printed signage, graphics, and branded elements
Our production and installation teams worked to a tight schedule to ensure everything was delivered, tested, and ready ahead of the event opening.
