About This Project

FoxWylie was contacted by a New York based company to provide production support for their Fintech event in London.  After spending some time speaking to the client to understand their requirements for the events, we put forward the following proposal.

The key element to the seminar was allowing people to see the detail of the presentations.  The event included several live demonstrations so a large screen was imperative.  Creating a contemporary look, which fitted the venue, was also of great importance.

The venue was a nightclub in London, and we were asked by the client to consider using the in-house sound system.  Our approach is always to find the best solution for a client from both a production, but also a financial, point of view.  As such we were more than happy to consider the in-house PA system.  Having met the client onsite to asses the venue we concluded that the sound system would not be suitable for their event.  They agreed with our assessment and we instead installed a separate sound system for the day.  The final result was the best sound that the venue has had for an event and a happy client.

The Fintech event was to be filmed. As the room itself was fairly dark, we suggested that stage lighting would be necessary.  We installed simple stage lighting focused on the lectern, which allowed the video content to be captured without looking too dark.

FoxWylie designed the production and delivered the onsite management and production for this event, and has since produced three further events in the same venue.

Working on an event overseas is farm more challenging that one in your home country.  At FoxWylie we have worked on both sides and as such appreciate the difficulties of working abroad.  If you are looking for an honest, creative production partner based in London, then FoxWylie is your best option.
