About This Project

Working with BBDO, a global advertising agency, we knew we had to create something that would stand out and be memorable for the senior delegates attending this high-profile Worldwide Conference.  Having been asked to provide production for this conference, we offered our client three solutions.  The brief required that we implemented impressive screens which could show off the wonderful video content, generated by the global BBDO network.  We provided options including standard 16:9 screens, super wide projection and a stunning, curved 18m wide LED wall.  BBDO loved the idea of the curved wall screen and asked us to deliver this option.  The resulting screen coupled with the stunning content looked phenomenal with the large presentation graphics and videos used throughout the event. With a full day set up, a day of rehearsals and two and a half live days, FoxWylie really enjoyed working with the BBDO team on this impressive event!

The Event Production

FoxWylie worked on all production elements for this conference; a significant event hosted by the Global President and CEO of BBDO, as well as a series of presenters and guest speakers including world-renowned conductor Charles Hazlewood, big wave surfer and fitness guru Andrew Blake, and we even had Lola the dog on stage! Each presentation session was followed by a commercial break, exhibiting a variety of successful and impactful advertisements that the company has created for some of the best-known brands in the world.

The WOW Factor

 We worked alongside BBDO to guarantee that the content from the presentations would be as effective as possible to maximise the potential visuals of the incredible screen. Alongside the visual elements, we also provided all staging, lighting and audio equipment as well as live camera relay and recording. For each presentation, we managed the specific walk up stings, the stage furniture and the lighting states, as well of course as the video and presentation content. We thoroughly enjoyed working with presenters from across the globe and being part of this important event.
